dirt out and adjust the sprinkler for better coverage. He was very clean and a professional
person. He was done with the service within an hour.

Niko was fantastic. He put a sprinkler system in our large established lawn yard. This meant he had to trench through our existing grass in many places. I was hesitant about this but he did an amazing job and cleaned up so beautifully and we are left with very narrow areas that he reseeded. He was great to work with from start to finish. He has wonderful attention to detail and is very precise in the job he does. I would highly recommend him!!

I contacted Niko Miller of Western Roots Landscape because he was recommended on Nextdoor and Angie's List for just this type of work – repairs and maintenance in addition to installation. He was scheduling a month out. On Friday he confirmed this past Monday's appointment. He was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable. He was an excellent communicator and educator and gave me appropriate options. I chose to have one drip zone decommissioned instead of replacing a broken valve. He told me the other area I thought was leaking was not; the wet gravel was from a brief spray when the water was turned on. He pointed out a leak in front, of which I was unaware, and fixed that. He completed the work in good time, providing just the result I wanted and letting me know what to expect going forward. He explained the charges, the transaction was smooth and his paperwork included notes on what was done (and lists his LCB license number).

We had an issue with our sprinkler system, 1 zone not working and 1 with low pressure. Niko and his assistant were able to diagnose and correct the problems in short order. Though I "balked" initially at the hourly rate, due to the speed and efficiency of their work, I was more than happy with the price and outcome. Niko was able to accommodate my time schedule, at a time convenient for my crazy work schedule and he never attempted to "up-sell" the work. He made some suggestions to improve the efficiency of what we already have and we will consider those when his bid arrives. On time, well equipped, efficient, fast, courteous and reasonable...what more can you ask for.
